Ren and Stimpy are in the desert hitchhiking, and are picked up by circus midgets, who force them to do circus tricks.

Stimpy is forced outside completely naked. In an attempt to get some clothes, Stimpy must face Mr. Pipe, Victor the school bully and the animals of the forest.
