Circus Krone Building

The Circus Krone Building is the main building for the Circus Krone in Munich, Germany and the first permanent building used for circus meetings in Germany. It was constructed in 1919. It was established as the first building for clowns, which was used apart from circus meetings also for other meetings. On December 12, 1944, it was destroyed by bombing attacks. The 1950, it was constructed again as a circus building for clowns with a seating capacity of 3000 spectators. The building also acted as a concert venue, hosting bands like The Beatles and The Who in the 1960s.
