CIQB-FM is a Canadian radio station, which broadcasts an hot adult contemporary format at 101.1 FM in Barrie, Ontario The station uses the on-air brand name B101 and broadcasts to Barrie & surrounding areas of Simcoe County, including the communities of Orillia, Midland, Collingwood, and dozens of others.

CKBB (AM) was launched on August 31, 1949 by Ralph Snelgrove's Barrie Broadcasting Company at AM 1230. It signed on as Barrie's first radio station and was initially a mixture of music and talk programming. It moved to AM 950 in 1958. In December 1983, the station was acquired by Kawartha Broadcasting and in 1987 owership passed to the broadcasting arm of Power Corporation of Canada.
In November 1994, after more than 45 years on the AM dial, CKBB moved to FM as CIQB-FM at 101.1 MHz. CIQB was acquired by Corus Entertainment in April 2000.
It was the period of 1997-2007 under the guidance of program director Darren Stevens that the station rose to prominence. Both the station & Stevens have been highly recognized in the radio industry.

Also during that period:
- On February 21,2004, Stevens created "The Monkey" a new format overnight show on B101 hosted by Choo Choo - a monkey! A parody of the various Jack/Bob radio formats at the time,The monkey played music from the current playlist as well as novelty songs, parodies & comedy bits.
- Stevens recruited guest dj's to host the Saturday night retro show including Glass Tiger and world champion figure skater Jennifer Robinson making her radio-hosting debut.
