CIPA , the Canadian Institute for Portrait Artists, is a national Canadian organization dedicated to the advancement of the art of portraiture in Canada.

The organization was founded in 1998 by Canadian portrait painter Daniel Izzard.

CIPA currently has its head office in Calgary, Alberta however its members come from all across Canada.
