Who am I? I prefer to be called human #5640331452 (+/- a few million). I still enjoy the anonymity of the internet but for the sake of simplicity and compliance with American cultural norms, you may call me 5 or 2, whichever you prefer. I am an engineer at UCI but I have a greater interest in sociology, especially in how social dynamics are affected by information technologies, than in materials mechanics and fluid models.

If using a number to refer to me bothers you and your conventional english naming schemes, then you may call me Kip.

I find Wikipedia invaluable in defining the strange jargon of engineering. I credit Wikipedia for explaining the concepts of Lagrangian mechanics better than my professor ever did.

Mainly, I go around wikipedia and fix grammatical or spelling errors, only once in awhile do I add information to articles or delete/rewrite entries, and even rarer is when I decide to write whole sections.

Things I am proud of:
I can... [pause]
I know how to... [pause]
Well, I started and wrote most of the Transportation section in the UCI article. Huzzah?
