it is a historically significant photo of a key locomotive of the Irish Transport System
it is of very low resolution (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality)

It's inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows the subject of this article which could not otherwise be decribed texually
no locos are extant as all were scrapped almost 40 years ago
