  • I have no idea as to what possessed me to write this satement. I retract it, and I apologize. Jaberwocky6669 00:11, Jun 26, 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Zee vs. Zed

For what it's worth, I reverted an edit today which suggested that there was somehow a reason why Z103.5 can't pronounce its brand name as "Zed" (the more usual Canadian pronunciation) rather than "Zee". There isn't, as far as I know, any specific reason why they can't pronounce it that way — they just don't do it, which isn't the same thing. If there is actually some specific reason why they're not permitted to pronounce it as "zed", could you please show a source to confirm this? Bearcat 22:51, 20 January 2006 (UTC)

Z sounds better. It rhymes with the number 3, hence the name flows better.

Toronto needs a real dance music station all you hear is corporate top 40 crap and not everybody can afford satelite radio or ipods and download music
