Ciaran O'Toole is an Irish radio broadcaster based in Glasgow. Ciaran was the Programme Manager of Q96 based in Kinning Park in Glasgow until GMG Media Group bought it over and moved it to the same premises as Real Radio Scotland in Baillieston. Ciaran now presents on 96.3 Rock Radio and his job title is Programme Controller.
