Cianciana is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Agrigento in the Italian region Sicily, located about 70 km south of Palermo and about 25 km northwest of Agrigento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,866 and an area of 37.7 km2.[1]
Cianciana borders the following municipalities: Alessandria della Rocca, Bivona, Cattolica Eraclea, Ribera, Sant'Angelo Muxaro.
