Chungliang Al Huang

Chungliang Al Huang is an American teacher of Taoism. He lives and teaches in Gold Beach, Oregon and in Urbana, Illinois.

Huang is the founder and president of Living Tao Foundation and the director of Lan Ting Institute in China. Huang received his early training in the classics and martial arts in China and is a teacher of his own version of tai chi and contemporary Taoism. He is the author of many books.

One of Huang's daughters is Tysan Pierce, American sommelier.
