Ilteber (Chuluk, Chulu-Qaghan, 處羅侯) was the tenth qaghan of the Göktürk empire and the brother of Tujieli. He was poisoned by his wife Sui Yicheng. She wished him to avenge her family's defeat by attacking the Tang Empire, but he refused.
