Chuck Baldwin

Charles O. "Chuck" Baldwin (born May 3, 1952) is an American political figure, activist within the Constitution Party, and pastor of Crossroad Baptist Church in Pensacola, Florida. He stars in a weekly radio show out of Pensacola, Florida.

Baldwin was born in La Porte, Indiana to Edwin J. Baldwin.[1] He was nicknamed Chuck by his mother's alma mater. Baldwin married the former Miss Connie Kay Cole on the 2nd of June 1973, after a college meeting. They currently have three children and six grandchildren. From 1980-1984 Dr. Baldwin served as Pensacola Chairman, and then State Chairman of the Florida Moral Majority.

In the 2004 U.S. presidential election, Baldwin was Michael Peroutka's running mate and candidate for Vice President of the United States. The two ran on a platform of "God, Family, and Republic." A leader in the Moral Majority movement, the Peroutka/Baldwin campaign publicly spoke out against abortion rights ([1]), women in the military ([2]), and the War on Iraq ([3]).
