Chuck Aber

Chuck Aber (born Charles Robert Aber) is an American actor who has appeared in films such as Creepshow and The Silence of the Lambs, as well as the children's television series Mister Rogers' Neighborhood. He has appeared in commercials and also acts in local theater productions in and around the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area. He is a graduate of Slippery Rock University.
