CHTN-FM is a radio station in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, broadcasting at 100.3 FM. The station, owned by Newcap Broadcasting, plays an adult hits format branded as Ocean 100.3.

The slogan of the station is, "We play everything!".

The station was launched on December 25, 1974, originally broadcasting at 1190 AM before moving to 720 in the 1980s (to coincide with moving to its new civic address at 720 North River Road in the suburb of West Royalty), playing a popular oldies format.

In the early 1990s, NewCap entered into a shared-facilities partnership with Maritime Broadcasting System, owner of the competing CFCY-AM and CHLQ-FM systems. CHTN consolidated its broadcasting facilities with MBS over the years until 2005 when the federal regulator CRTC forced the systems to operate separately. This precipitated a move by NewCap to change the AM frequency of CHTN to its current FM frequency, as well as open a new sister station.

CHTN officially moved to its current frequency and format on July 5, 2006. It was simulcast on its AM frequency for several months before the AM transmitter was shut down. The first song played? "Start Me Up" (The Rolling Stones)
