[edit] License tagging for Image:All Saints.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:All Saints.jpg. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 17:05, 18 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] images
Please:
- Do not put an obtrusive copyright notice on your images. Wikipedia is very hot on image copyright but almost all other uploaders are satisfied with a notice on the image description page.
- Do upload your images to the Commons so all wikis can use them.
- Do not upload duplicate images on different titles. You can always upload a new version to an existing title. "my contributions" will remind you what titles you have used. Mark unwanted images with {{db-author}} to get them deleted.

[edit] revert
I have been rightly criticised for using admin's rollback in the past. I have explained my use of rollback at talk:Littlethorpe. I ask you not to make crude reversions but to try and move articles forward with your edits. -- RHaworth 19:53, 19 June 2006 (UTC)
I hope you do not feel I have been "getting at you". I very much welcome English geographic entries. But your contributions are just a little "off target" in several small ways. (For example, not signing talk page entries with ~~~~.) I suggest you look at other articles to get a feel for Wikipedia standards. Morwen is a prolific contributor - look for Leicester topics among this lot for example. She would be happy to give an unbiassed opinion on the Littlethorpe article. -- RHaworth 20:17, 19 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Image Tagging for Image:Lutterworth_St_Marys.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Lutterworth_St_Marys.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.
