[edit] Notability Guidelines

Hi, my name is Jerod Tate, and I wanted to insure that I was the one that originally posted this article. I am sorry if I gave the impression that Chris had actually posted this as a vanity article. In looking at other articles about other composers, I am of the oppinion that this article concurrs with the Notability Guidelines. It is very much a biography, like the others, and seems quite neutral and informative. To me, it looks like an article you would read within any music history encyclopedia. What can I do to help un-flag this article? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 71.208.223.24 (talk) 19:44, 18 December 2006 (UTC).

[edit] Removed notability and potential vanity flags

Unfortunately, no response to my previous request. I have since read at least 50 other composer biographies in WikiPedia, including big guns like Corigliano, Kernis, Erb, Ballard, etc. This biography is very much in line with everyone elses. Mr. Auerbach-Brown is a legitimate, professional and noteworthy American composer. This article should remain without question. - Jerod Tate
