[edit] RE: Sources for the "Leak broke virtually every national HS passing record."
I love me some Chris Leak, but he didn't break those national passing records. There's no one above him from North Carolina, so it's rational to conclude that he holds state records (I can't find data from NCHSAA), but not the national records.
