Christopher Wilson

Christopher Wilson (born August 23, 1979) is a sports humor columnist for Fox Sports' JT the Brick and the PostChronicle.com. He is the author of the book "Sports Briefs," a collection of his columns.

Wilson began his career writing for the now-defunct FanStop.com in 2002, where he wrote two weekly columns, NFL Briefs and NBA Briefs, each being humorous in nature. He lost his father to cancer in 2003 and shortly thereafter published his book in memory of his father, with proceeds benefitting the American Cancer Society. Wilson joined the Post Chronicle in August 2005, where he now writes one weekly column, Sports Briefs. His columns and his book all have "briefs" in the title, and his book's cover shows a basketball, soccer ball and tennis ball all wearing pairs of briefs.

Wilson grew up in Olney, Texas, and majored in English at Midwestern State University and graduated in 2002. He worked briefly for the Times Record News in Wichita Falls, Texas. He currently serves as the sports editor for the Waco Citizen Newspaper in Waco, Texas. Wilson is married to his wife Piper and lives in Waco.
