Christopher Edley, Jr. (born 1951) is Dean of University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall). He served as a professor at Harvard Law School and went to Swarthmore College as an undergraduate and to received his law degree from Harvard Law School. He is married to Maria Echaveste, former deputy chief of staff for President Bill Clinton.

He served as an advisor to President Clinton's One America Initiative, was a member of the United States Commission on Civil Rights, and chaired President Clinton's 1998 Affirmative Action Review.
