Christine M. Jolls

Christine Jolls is the Gordon Bradford Tweedy Professor of Law and Organization at Yale Law School. In addition to being a leader in the emerging theory of behavioral law and economics, her areas of research include employment law and contracts. She received her Ph.D. in economics from Harvard University and her J.D. from Harvard Law School. She served as a law clerk to Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia. Prior to teaching at Yale Law School she taught at Harvard Law School. She often collaborates with Cass Sunstein.
