Christine M. Durham

Christine M. Durham is the Chief Justice of the Utah Supreme Court, a position she has held since April 2002. She was appointed to the Supreme Court by Governor Scott M. Matheson in 1982. Prior to her appointment she was a partner with Salt Lake City's Johnson, Durham & Moxley. A graduate of the Duke University School of Law, Justice Durham serves as a member of the Duke University Board of Trustees. She has taught at the law schools of Brigham Young University and the University of Utah.
