Christian Lell (born 29 August 1984, Munich, Germany) is a German football defender who currently plays for FC Bayern Munich.

Lell is a product of the Bayern Munich Junior Team. Lell saw action with Bayern Munich's second team in the Regionalliga Süd from 2001 to 2004. He made his Bundesliga debut against Hertha BSC Berlin on 4 October 2003, and made three subsequent appearances for Bayern in Bundesliga play that season. Lell was loaned to 1. FC Köln between 2004 and 2006, but has been tipped to make his return to Bayern for the 2006/07 season.

Christian Lell represented Germany on the Under-20 team at the 2003 FIFA World Youth Championship.
