Chris X. Moloney (born in St. Louis, Missouri) is a marketing executive who has become a prominent name in the field of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Since 2002, Chris has received over 300 media appearances on TV, radio and print, speaking on significant new developments and research in the fields of customer loyalty, Loyalty Marketing, and customer-centric marketing.
Chris is currently the Chief Marketing Officer of St. Louis-based Scottrade, a large retail and online investment brokerage known for high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Prior to Scottrade, Moloney held senior management positions with St. Louis-based Charter Communications and Maritz Inc., as well as Dallas-based Parago, a leading promotions marketing agency.
Over the last 15 years, Moloney has worked with dozens of leading Fortune 500 companies to reinvigorate their marketing and customer loyalty, including 14 of the 20 largest financial institutions in the US.
In September of 2006, Moloney led the development of a landmark marketing partnership between Scottrade and the ownership of the St. Louis Blues Hockey Club and home arena. Moloney commented on this "significant, long-term partnership" in a news release saying "This is an exciting opportunity that is in line with our marketing strategy and will further Scottrade's brand awareness among potential customers." The updated home arena for the Blues which hosts 175 events per year will now be known as Scottrade Center and Scottrade will be "the Official Online Investing Choice of the St. Louis Blues."
Also in September, Moloney will be the keynote speaker at the annual world conference on customer loyalty, known as "Loyalty World," held this year in London.
Moloney is the youngest of seven children of St. Louis attorney and philanthropist James C. Moloney and Elise S. Moloney. He is married to the former Pamela Pritchard of Nova Scotia, Canada and resides in the St. Louis area.

In January 2007, Moloney received the Lifetime Achievement Award from leading consulting and research firm Frost & Sullivan for his contributions to the fields of marketing and marketing research. Moloney is credited with the development and popularization of several industry-leading marketing and research concepts and launching marketing programs that utilized these breakthroughs. Over the course of 15 years, Moloney developed a number of new marketing systems that included: the (Moloney) Magnetic Adocacy Model, the consumer Motivation Matrix and IMAP: the Integrated Marketing Advocacy Program.
Also in 2007, Moloney was recognized with an award from American City Business Journals and the St. Louis Business Journal for "outstanding achievement" in its 2007 special section, the 40 Under 40 Awards.
