Christopher Paul Resop (born November 4, 1982, in Naples, Florida) is a Major League Baseball pitcher for the Los Angeles Angels. Resop graduated from Barron G. Collier High School in 2001.
Resop was acquired by the Florida Marlins in 2005 as a right-handed pitcher. In 2005, Resop went 2-0, making his Major League Debut on June 28, 2005 and continued to play for the Marlins in 2006 until they traded him to the Angels for Kevin Gregg.
