Chris Redfern (born 1964) is a Democratic American politician from the state of Ohio. In December 2005 he was elected chair of the Ohio Democratic Party, filling the remainder of the term of Denny White, and was reelected to a full two-year term in June 2006.

He has represented district 80 in the Ohio House of Representatives, encompassing Ottawa and Erie counties, since 1999. He served as minority leader of the Ohio House from 2002 through 2006.
