Chris Maitland

Chris Maitland (born 13 May 1964 in Cambridge, England) is an English musician who was the drummer for the progressive rock band Porcupine Tree from December 1993 to February 2002. He was also involved with the prog-rock supergroup Kino in 2004/2005, although has now left. Throughout his career he has been involved with many West End musicals and from 2005 onwards he has been playing drums on the Mamma Mia! International Tour. He has also played for his former Porcupine Tree partner Steven Wilson side project called Blackfield on their self-titled first studio album released on 2004. Chris also has very curly hair.
