Chris Maguire is a professional footballer currently playing for Scottish Premier League club Aberdeen.
Maguire, a young forward, made his first team appearance in season 2005-06, where he set up John Stewart in a 2-2 draw against League Champions Celtic in the last game of the season. He is regarded by many fans as one of the club's best prospects for the future.
His first starting appearance in the senior team was on 26 December 2006 against Kilmarnock where he also scored his first senior goal for the club after 5 minutes.
Maguire currently wears number 25 for Aberdeen, with whom he recently signed a three year contract extension.
