Chris Hartcher

Chris Peter Hartcher (b. 1946) is an Australian politician and member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly.
Hartcher was born in North Sydney and received a BA, LL.B. from the University of Sydney. He has worked as a solicitor and company director. He is married with three sons.[1]
Hartcher has represented Gosford for the Liberal Party of Australia since 1988. He was Minister for the Environment between July 1992 and the defeat of the Fahey Government in March 1995.[2] He is standing in the 2007 election for Terrigal, which is similar to the old seat of Gosford.
