Christopher John Chittell (born 19 May 1948, Aldershot, Hampshire) is an English actor.

Well known for his rôle as the unscrupulous aspiring capitalist Eric Pollard in ITV's Emmerdale, Chris also appeared in the movie Zulu Dawn in 1979 and for two seasons in the 1970's science fiction drama The Tomorrow People. His first acting stint was in the renowned To Sir, with Love, playing Potter in 1967, aged nineteen.
