Born on April 20th 1968 in Leicester to Leslie & Dinah Bell. raised in the village of Markfield, Leicestershire. Educated at several schools in Groby, Leicester Grammar & De Montfort University. Divorced with 2 children, Imogen (10/9/00) & Warwick (26/4/04).
Published articles include "Whatever happened to John Bull" & "The Social effect of the Pals Battalions". Chris gained a 1st class honours degree from Demontfort University and several modules towards an M.A. before persuing his career. Having rejected a career with the Army, Chris developed stong links with the Royal Leicestershire regiment, generating funds towards the Tigers museum. Chris has given much devotion to several servicemens charities, raising the profile and awareness of servicemens & womens sacrifices given to their country, attending the Victory commemorations of the end of WW2 at St James Park in 2005.
