[edit] Slightly better
Dunno why you have abandoned user:Choppie2 - it was only blocked for 31 hours. OK. There is some improvement, but:
- what on earth was this infobox (and similar in other articles) supposed to signify?
- please provide edit summaries.

RHaworth, the reason I abbandonned choppie2 is that when ever i tried to edit whatever page, it downloaded an index and did nothing else. So now this (choppy3000) is the one I use.
[edit] Addition of tables to various articles about Hampshire
Hi there, I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve here: [1] [2], but perhaps you've misunderstood the purpose of these tables. They aren't intended to be used to pick out individual events in the history of some town, especially about anything as insignificant as a local cinema. They are to be used for important events that happen sequentially, eg. the succession of Kings or Prime Ministers, or the record for the tallest building in the world being broken, or something. That allows the "preceding" name to be filled in and the successor (ie the one that came afterwards). Perhaps you're misunderstanding "succeeded by" for the sense of "success", but that's not the meaning intended in this case. Oh, and I'm pretty sure that the Titanic was not the largest ship in the world prior to the QM2. Cheers, DWaterson 19:14, 31 January 2007 (UTC)

Please do not add unhelpful and non-constructive information to Wikipedia, as you did to Titchfield Carnival. If you continue to do so, it may be considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Nuttah68 22:16, 31 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Sorry.
Ok, I now understand most things, sorry for the inconvenience I have caused. Please could you give me a link to the sand box
[edit] An Automated Message from HagermanBot
Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! HagermanBot 22:40, 31 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Thanks
Thanks, Hagermanbot. --Choppie3000 08:20, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
- No! The "bot" at the end of the Hagermanbot name indictaes that it is a robot. You do not thank it, it will never see your message. Instead of thanking it, read its message: you do onlyt sign edits in talk: space not to articles proper (as you did for example to RMS Carpathia).
- Also please, please explain why you keep adding "succession boxes" to articles that don't need them. -- RHaworth 20:44, 3 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Titchfield Carnival
May I draw your attention to WP:OWN - Kittybrewster 12:23, 4 February 2007 (UTC)
- I have appeared to notice that in my Titchfield Carnival article, someone has put links to other web pages about the bonfire boys (which set up and run the carnival) and rubbed out most of the text. Choppie2 vial email.
See Kitty's message above re ownership. I can see no evidence of "most of the text" being removed. Please tell me what has gone. Regarding this edit: we do not need "{{otheruses|Titchfield}}" because the article already has a link to Titchfield. The syntax for the <gallery> was wrong but in any case Image:Carnival.jpg does not exist and Image:Titchfield carnival.jpg is total nonsense. -- RHaworth 16:10, 15 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Ok
Ok, RHaworth, sorry --Choppie3000 00:59, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
