I'd say it does come from chocolate, cuz most of these chocko's do not have white skin. Unknown User 14:12, 20 February 2007 (UTC)

the term is a reference to chocolate but also to something being full or overloaded:it can be said to be chocko or chocka-full. pubs are usually described as chocko if they are very busy. i have never heard the term being used a racial term.Nathanjames24 22:09, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
