The new link to Wiktionary isn't really satisfactory, it doesn't include the common use of the word (namely a penis wider than it is long), and the previous wikipedia article has been somewhat cruelly erased.

A "chode" to my understanding refers to the area between the anus and the scrotum and vagina in the female. Anatomically it is referred to as the "perineal body."
