Chole bhature

Chole bhature is a combination of chole (spicy chick peas) and fried breads called bhature (made of maida flour). It mainly eaten in North India and along with chole seems to be have originated in Punjab. It is a snack food often sold by vendors on the street, and is commonly eaten for breakfast.
