Chloë Agnew (born 1989) is an Irish singer who is well known mostly for her part in the popular PBS special and touring group Celtic Woman, where her renditions of "Nella Fantasia" and "Ave Maria" were particularly well received[citation needed]. She lives in Knockylon, Co. Dublin, Ireland with her mother and sister, where she attends Alexandra College Girl's School. She has a younger sister, Naomi Agnew (b. 1993).

She was born to Irish entertainer Adele King, stage name Twink, and Irish oboist David Agnew [1] She made her first television appearance on her mother's programme aged just four weeks old, subsequently singing on the show at the age of six.

In 1998 she was the winner of the Grand Prix at the First International Children's Song Competition, Cairo, Egypt with a song called The Friendship Tree — representing Ireland. She also began to perform pantomime at the Olympia Theatre in Dublin and continued in that role for four years.

In 1999, she appeared in Messiah XXI for the New Millennium, a modern adaptation of Handel's Messiah. She played one of the children and did the sign language.[2]

At age 11, she approached David Downes to ask if she could record a song to raise money for the children of Afghanistan. She recorded Angel of Mercy on the album This Holy Christmas Night for the Afghan Children's Charity Fund in 2001. She was a member of Christ Church Cathedral Girls Choir for three years.

At age of 13, with David Downes, she recorded an album Chloe, followed by Chloe - Walking in the Air.

At 14 years old, she appeared with Celtic Woman, a popular PBS special. She is touring with the group, which also includes Lisa Kelly, Méav Ní Mhaolchatha, Órla Fallon, and violinist Mairead Nesbitt.

She appeared on Live with Regis and Kelly on March 17, 2006.
