[edit] Merge Guanxi?
- Well, guanxi appears now in the new version of Oxford Dictionary. We should see its significances in showing the special interpersonal relationship in the Chinese society. I don't prefer a merge here -- Jerry Crimson Mann 06:10, 28 February 2006 (UTC)
- I also object the merge proposal. If it's appearing in a dictionary with reputation, it's not even necessary to italicise the term. (The relevant edits by user:Alanmak were [1] [2].) — Instantnood 08:36, 28 February 2006 (UTC) (modified 17:27, 28 February 2006 (UTC))
- DON'T MERGE. This is a word that is increasing in usage to describe more than simply a subset of "Chinese social relations". --Shannonr 04:31, 3 March 2006 (UTC)
- Note that the "merge" issue appears settled, with guanxi staying where it is. --Shannonr 11:36, 11 March 2006 (UTC)
