Chizu Express

Chizu Express (智頭急行 Chizu kyūkō) is a Japanese third-sector semipublic railway company that connect Hyogo, Okayama and Tottori (56.1 kilometer). The Chizu Line is not electrified but is a high-grade railroad. The limited expresses Super Hakuto and Inaba run this line.

December 3 1994 The line is opened.

November 29 1997 The Limited Express Hakuto is disused. The Limited Express Inaba begin service between Okayama and Tottori.
