Chiu Yi is a KMT legislator of the Republic of China on Taiwan. He is a controversial figure known to target members of rival Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) with charges of wrong-doing. Chen Che-nan and Chao Chien-ming are two DPP figures he has targeted. He seldom offers competent evidence to support his accusations.
