The Child of Light is a term used to describe the person inhabited by The Voice of Prophecy and the main person in the Mrin Codex in David Eddings' series Belgariad and Malloreon. He/she is the opposite of the Child of Dark.

Children of Light during the time of the series include Belgarion and Eriond. Previously, Belgarath, Poledra, and the first Brand held this position at various times.
