Chicken fingers

Chicken fingers (also called chicken tenders or chicken strips) are a style of fried chicken that does not include any bones or skin. They are prepared by dipping chicken tenders in a breaded mixture and then deep fried. Traditionally, chicken fingers are primarily white meat, though this is not always the case. Chicken fingers are served in many restaurants in USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
There is a great debate as to where the term "chicken finger" originated. Some say the first chicken finger was made at a resturant in Savannah, GA called Spanky's.
