Chicharrero

Chicarrero are the people with despectively origin with the "laguneros" making up the natives in the municipality of Santa Cruz de Tenerife in the Canary Islands. The population are mainly fishers in the same municipality.

Their despective style of the inhabitants are dispersed in extended use in all of the natives in the island of Tenerife. In the present times, these area are inhabited by locals with several pubs that had served and "Tasca el Abuelo" significantly featured in restaurants including "Guacimara" and "Limón y menta" (Lemon and mint).
