I am a Chef, entrepreneur & critical thinker.

I am a Mac user since circa 1992. My first personal Mac was a Powerbook 165c, though I now use several Mac OS X compatible machines. Through work I am also quite experienced at Windows OS.

As someone who has been called a polymath (though I have little formal education), and I am interested in collaborative projects like wiki's; thus, I am interested in Wikipedia.

So far I have only contributed to one article, and I don't know when I can contribute more, but I will certainly try.

I think the best policy is to assume good faith.
