I thought the chelsea hairstyle/cut was a skater boy's cut (well, mostly boys) in which the boys had very long bangs ("fringe" for you non-Yanks). Now that I see this pic, I do remember that girls in my area who hung around with the skaters, skins, punks, goths, rude boyz, etc. did have this hairstyle. 172.162.3.250 04:21, 9 February 2007 (UTC)Kim
