Unless I've missed something obvious, this photo can hardly be "recent" as quoted from the description because it looks like it was taken before the sarcophagus was built not long after the accident. (CW 07-3-2005)

Don't worry about it, it was vandalism. If you see something like that in the future, just take a look at article/image history. — Alex (T|C|E) 03:47, 4 November 2006 (UTC)
