Chew Sin Huey, also known as Sing Chew (Simplified Chinese: 石欣卉; pinyin: Shí Xīnhuì), one of the five popular new talents emerged from the Channel U's popular singing talent show, 绝对Superstar in Singapore. The songbird is very popular in Singapore and Malaysia.

Sin Huey, though a Malaysian, was made popular in Singapore as the first runner-up in the female category of Project Superstar 2005, a singing-cum-talent search competition organised by Channel U of Mediacorp, Singapore. She had garnered the highest points during the final episode from her superb delivery of the 3 songs and has lost merely on the popularity vote. However, Chew's singing talent is widely appreciated and she has been offered a singing contract by Play Music which is now part of Warner Music.
During her school life, Sin Huey took part in debates and gave speeches during her primary and secondary school period. And she participated in campus shows and took up the lead role of a musical and also held a mini concert when she was in university.
Sin Huey also made many appearance on TV, including her participation in a local mandarin idol drama Dream Chasers where she shed her nice girl image and act as a fiery spoilt brat, who eventually changed for the better. Other TV appearances of Sin Huey include her hosting a game show that was being showed on channel U, The 7-eleven game show, where she is the leader of one of the four teams in the show and each team's objective is to eliminate the other teams by arriving at the destinated 7-eleven convenient store and play the games. Also appearing on local talk/debate show, Cross Fire, where she showcase her verbal talents and well-structured opinions on social issues which invited guests voice out their opinion on a particular topic.
Sin Huey became the fourth artiste to release an album after Project Superstar Overall Champion Tan Wei Lian, Kelly Poon and Junyang. Her debut album 从台北到北京 consist of 7 original tracks, 2 covers and a cover duet with Kelvin Tan Wei Lian. She even penned the lyrics for her album's no.1 hit, 从台北到北京 / From Taipei To Beijing (which is a cover of Infernal "From Paris to Berlin"). Her music video became a hot topic in local newspapers for her raunchy acts, including one scene where she unbuttoned her shirt to reveal a black bra. Before this release, she had also lent her vocals to numerous Mediacorp soundtracks, drama theme songs and compilations, showcasing her ability in singing.
For her debut album, Sin Huey adopted an english name, Sing. It reflects her passion for singing, sounds like her chinese name,Sin Huey and reflects the fact that she is/debut from Singapore.
