Chesapeake City Public Schools

Chesapeake City Public Schools is known as CPS in the Hampton Roads area. It is the primary public education system, for the Virginia city of Chesapeake. As of 11/24/06, the Superintendent is W. Randolph Nichols, Ed.D. The senior administration is as follows:
Dr. William Russell, Deputy Superintendent
Dr. Patricia Powers, Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum & Instruction
Dr. James Roberts, Assistant Superintendent of Personnel & Support Services
Mr. Steven Gilbert, Assistant Superintendent of Operations
Ms. Victoria Lucente, Assistant Superintendent of Budget & Finance
