This is a Chinese name; the family name is Chen.

Chen Po-liang (Chinese: 陳柏良, born February 11, 1982 in Taiwan) is a Taiwanese football player who currently plays for China Steel as a midfielder.

In July, 2006, Chen and striker Tai Hung-hsu, both aged 19, were reported to join Xiamen Lanshi of China Super League, but it came to naught. In October, Chen went to Japan to train with the second team of Yokohama F. Marinos along with goalkeeper Lu Kun-chi for two weeks.[1]
