This is a Chinese name; the family name is Chen.

Chen Heng (陳橫) a notable vassal that served under Liu Yong, also noted as the protector of Yang. At one time Chen Heng defended Jian Ye along with Xue Li and Zhang Ying. However, Heng ended up being shot to death by Jiang Qin who was an officer serving under the invading army of Sun Ce.
