The Chelsea Theatre is a theatre in London, England on the Kings Road in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. It presents, commissions, and produces new work and is the only venue in London dedicated to Performance Art.

The Artistic Director of Chelsea Theatre is Francis Alexander.

The theatre is also focussed on working within the local community.

The current season, SACRED, is supported by Arts Council England and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Arts Service. New work has been commissioned by artists including: Goat Island, Ron Athey, Mem Morrison, Kazuko Hohki of the Frank Chickens, Gary Carter and Third Angel.

Other upcoming live artists include Fakir Musafar and Annie Sprinkle.
