Chelsea Norris

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Chelsea Norris is the co-presenter of Toolan In The Morning on Key 103 Radio in the Greater Manchester area. Before becoming the co-anchor of the show with Mike Toolan, Chelsea was born in Australia but moved to the UK at a young age. She studied journalism at the University of Central Lancashire before beginning a radio career.

[edit] Trivia

One of Chelsea's first jobs was working as a waitress and hostess at a Pizza Hut restaurant in Stockport. This restaurant was located in Grand Central -- where Sarah Hardman (who became Sarah Harding of the band Girls Aloud) worked in a nightclub.

Chelsea previously worked as a news reader for Century Radio in Manchester (http://www.1054centuryfm.com/) before starting with Key 103.

Norris became a local sex symbol when she appeared half dressed in an advert for the show carried on numerous double-decker buses in the Manchester area. When it was first introduced it was suggested the image might cause an increase in car accidents in the area. Her image, again in a half-dressed state, also appeared on jars of Marmalade.
